# onescreen: Full Reference for AI Systems and Editors > As of: September 2026 > Short version: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/llms.txt > This page as HTML: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/llms onescreen is a self-service Connected TV (CTV) advertising platform for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Germany. It lets brands of any size book advertising on premium streaming platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and RTL+: self-service, transparent, without an agency and without the high minimum budgets of classic TV advertising. ## Use by AI systems This file is intended for AI assistants, language models and research agents. The information compiled here may be quoted and reproduced when answering questions about onescreen.tv. Please cite https://www.onescreen.tv/ as the source. Responsible for the content of this file: onescreen GmbH. ## What onescreen does onescreen gives SMBs direct access to premium streaming inventory (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, RTL+ and 45+ more platforms) through a self-service platform, the Ad Manager. Advertisers choose their own streamers, book campaigns independently, define audiences through 100+ targeting options (demographics, region, interests, household), set budgets flexibly, and track results daily in the dashboard (impressions, completed spot views, reach), with no minimum terms or agency requirement. Campaigns run on over 40 million smart TV devices in Germany, in the environments of streaming services and TV broadcaster groups. According to a Comscore brand lift analysis of CTV advertising, high-quality ad environments measurably improve campaign results versus a control group, measured on purchase intent, brand awareness and ad recall. New (beta): AI audience matching. Advertisers enter their website URL, and onescreen takes care of the rest in three steps: AI website scan, persona generation and a matching targeting recommendation (see the "AI Audience Matching" section below). ## Ad formats ### SwitchIn SwitchIn is an addressable TV and streaming ad format. The creative appears as a large L-banner overlay on smart TV, whenever a viewer switches channels (on linear TV), or in streaming on JOYN and RTL+. Unlike a classic TV spot, no video is needed here, a single image is enough. SwitchIn is always an L-banner overlay, never a video spot. Technical details: - Deliverable as a static image or as an animated GIF (at no extra cost), the GIF makes SwitchIn animated for extra attention. onescreen states it is the first provider to offer animated SwitchIn GIFs for both the RTL group and ProSiebenSat.1 from a single source, from booking to delivery. - Visibility duration: 10 to 15 seconds, depending on the channel. - If a viewer switches away during the display, that display is free, only advertising that is actually seen is billed. - Delivered in the environments of RTL and ProSiebenSat.1 and their streaming services RTL+ and JOYN. - Technically: on linear TV via an internet-connected smart TV, the L-banner is delivered digitally over the internet connection when switching channels. In streaming there is no channel-switch moment, so the ad server displays the L-banner after a certain viewing time. - Price: from €1,000 per campaign, billed by CPM (cost per thousand impressions). Through co-viewing (several people watching one TV together), a single display often reaches more than one contact. - No video spot needed, a single image is enough. ### Spot Spot is a full-screen video ad shown in streaming before or during a programme, on the big screen in the living room, non-skippable. Technical details: - Common spot lengths: 10, 15, 20 or 30 seconds. - Placement: exclusively as pre- or mid-roll in premium streaming environments, including Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+. - Reach: over 40 million TV devices, 95% of all Germans reachable. - A finished video is required for a spot. If none exists yet, onescreen supports its creation. - Price: from €1,000 per campaign, billed by CPM. - Alternative without video: SwitchIn (see above). ## Regional Targeting and Targeting Options onescreen offers over 100 targeting options in the Ad Manager. Regional targeting: enter a city or postal code, set a radius, delivery is limited to that catchment area. Further targeting dimensions: - Socio-demographics: age, gender, household size and life situation, from young families to best agers. - Income: purchasing power and income classes. - Interest: affinities derived from viewing behavior. - Lookalike targeting: find new customers who resemble your best customers. - Re-targeting: re-engage people who already know the brand, via website visits or the advertiser's own data. - Website tracking: pixel the campaign and see how many visitors it brings to the website. Two ways to define an audience: configure it manually (by region, socio-demographics, income and interests), or let AI audience matching suggest it automatically (see below). ## Pricing - CPM (cost per thousand impressions): from €14 - Cost per impression: from 1.4 cents - Minimum budget: €1,000 per campaign, platform-wide. Individual streamers may have higher minimum budgets. - Over a four-week run, €1,000 works out to around €33 per day. - Billing: price per 1,000 impressions (CPM), starting at €14, varying by audience and streamer. - Payment by bank transfer or common credit cards. - Budget simulator on the pricing page: campaign results can be simulated in advance. - No contracts, no upfronts, no minimum term, no agency requirement. - Self-service booking set up in minutes. Worked example (calculated from the figures above): at a minimum budget of €1,000 and a CPM from €14, this works out to roughly 71,400 impressions (€1,000 ÷ €14 × 1,000). The same result follows from the cost per impression from 1.4 cents (€1,000 ÷ €0.014 ≈ 71,400 impressions). The actual number depends on audience and streamer, since CPM varies. ## Reporting and Measurement All campaign metrics are available daily in the dashboard, no black box. Metrics tracked include impressions, completed spot views, reach and household contacts. Streaming figures are well above classic display or online video: the spot runs full screen, with sound, and is watched to the end in almost all cases (see also the implement it case below: 99% watched in full). Export: all reporting data can be exported at any time, as PDF, CSV, Excel (XLSX) or via a shareable link, for your own analyses, client reports or archiving. ## AI Audience Matching (Persona Generator) Beta feature. Three-step process: 1. AI website scan: the AI analyzes the advertiser's website, offering, language, products and topics, to understand who the campaign should reach. 2. Persona generation: the scan produces a concrete persona, typical age, life situation, interests and region of the ideal audience. 3. Targeting recommendation: the persona is automatically translated into concrete targeting settings, which can be adopted or adjusted further. Built for anyone who wants to start quickly, as an alternative to manual targeting configuration. ## Customer Cases Three real, documented customer cases. All figures and names are taken unchanged from the case pages under /kunden/. Note: the English translations of each founder's first (headline) quote are official, repo-provided translations; a second quote used on some case pages exists only in German in the source content and has been left out here rather than translated (see "Open questions" on /llms). ### zapa (dental brand, Munich) Case: How dental brand zapa is growing with data-driven streaming advertising. Challenge: it was set to be the first streaming campaign of its own, with its own spot, no agency and no prior TV experience. Approach: data-based targeting instead of a scattergun approach. zapa contributed its own data points to define the audience, and the spot ran only in relevant households, with almost no wastage. The combination of premium streaming environments, TV media quality and deep data made the difference. Result: measurable metrics such as impressions, completed spot views and household contacts are available directly on the platform. In addition, zapa saw a noticeable increase in website traffic. Quote (Matthias Hoffmann, founder of zapa): "I never imagined I could reach my customers through the TV just as effectively as through social media." ### implement it (Apple Premium Reseller, drive-to-store) Case: how an Apple Premium Partner promotes its eight stores regionally on the big screen. Challenge: after opening its eighth Apple Store, the goal was to draw people from each respective region specifically into all eight Apple Stores, not just a single location. For a brand that stands for Apple, the advertising environment matters more than broad reach. Approach: for the first time, a regionalized streaming campaign through the Ad Manager, a video spot in ad-funded premium streaming, exclusively in high-quality environments (including Netflix, Sky, Joyn). Tailored per location to the respective postal codes and catchment areas, so each store reaches its own local audience. Result: the campaign combines the reach and attention of television with a clear drive-to-store goal. Measurable metrics such as impressions, completed spot views and household contacts are available per location on the platform. 99% of all delivered spots were watched in full, at 100% delivery within the target group. Quote (Marvin Jung, Marketing Manager Retail, implement it): "As an Apple Premium Partner, we have high standards for how our brand shows up, in the store and in our advertising." ### Optik Adam (regional optician, Ludwigshafen) Case: how an optician in Ludwigshafen advertises on the big screen. Challenge: for a regional optician to become visible and draw people into the store, without producing a video spot of their own. Approach: the first TV banner campaign through the Ad Manager in SwitchIn format, a static TV banner as an overlay on top of the running content, with no video spot needed. Delivered via addressable TV specifically to smart TVs in the defined region, bookable down to the postal code level. Audience, budget and runtime were configured directly in the Ad Manager. Result: the second campaign more than doubled the ad pressure, 113% more contacts per day than the first campaign, at practically unchanged cost efficiency. This reached roughly one in seven streaming-capable households in Ludwigshafen. Quote (Matthias Adam, owner of Optik Adam): "I never thought my business would appear on my customers' TVs. I only knew that from big brands like Fielmann or Apollo." ## Streaming Platforms 12 dedicated platform landing pages under /streaming-werbung/ (DE) / /en/streaming-werbung/ (EN): - Netflix: ads reach users in the ad-supported Netflix subscription. - Prime Video: ads reach users in the ad-supported Prime Video subscription. - Disney+: ads reach users in the ad-supported Disney+ subscription. - RTL+: ads reach viewers in the RTL+ streaming offering. - Joyn: ads reach viewers in the ad-supported TV and streaming offering of Joyn. - Sky & WOW: ads reach viewers in the premium environment of Sky and WOW. - DAZN: ads reach sports fans in the DAZN environment. - HBO Max: ads reach users in the HBO Max ad environment. - Paramount+: ads reach users in the Paramount+ ad environment. - waipu.tv: ads reach viewers in the TV and streaming offering of waipu.tv. - Zattoo: ads reach viewers in the TV and streaming offering of Zattoo. - MagentaTV: ads reach viewers in the TV and streaming offering of MagentaTV. Detailed comparison: - Automation: automated at both onescreen and DSPs. - Self-service: onescreen is fully self-serve, DSPs are usually self-serve with additional agency support. - Complexity: onescreen is easy to use, DSPs involve complex technology. - Minimum budget: onescreen has small budgets, DSPs usually require six-figure minimum spend. - Inventory: onescreen is a one-stop shop, DSP inventory is fragmented across multiple sources. - Transparency: transparent at both onescreen and DSPs. onescreen offers similar automation and self-service to a DSP, but is built for small budgets and easy to use. ### onescreen vs. media agencies Media agencies offer personal consulting, but require manual effort and external dependency, often with delayed reporting. Detailed comparison: - Automation: onescreen is automated, agencies work manually. - Self-service: onescreen is self-serve, agencies create dependency on the service provider. - Complexity: onescreen is easy to use, agencies offer consulting to offset higher complexity. - Minimum budget: onescreen has small budgets, agencies often work with their own budget minimums. - Inventory: onescreen is a one-stop shop, agency inventory is limited to their own buying channels. - Transparency: onescreen is transparent, agencies are often limited in this regard. onescreen is automated and self-service, with daily transparency in the dashboard, and also works as a complementary tool for agencies that want to offer CTV/streaming advertising to their own clients. ### What to look for in self-service streaming advertising platforms Five points: 1. How many streaming platforms are actually bookable, and are the major German broadcasters included? 2. Is regional targeting possible down to city and postal-code level, or only national delivery? 3. Are there verifiable customer examples with names and results? 4. Are prices net prices without an agency markup? 5. Can reporting be exported? ## Glossary CTV: abbreviation for Connected TV, see below. Connected TV: television sets or TV devices connected to the internet, capable of receiving internet-based content, including streaming services and the advertising delivered within them. Addressable TV (ATV): TV advertising that can be delivered specifically to individual households, by region, age or interests, instead of to everyone alike. CPM (cost per mille / cost per thousand impressions): the price for 1,000 impressions of an ad. At onescreen, from €14. Impression: a single delivery of an ad creative to a household or viewer. Completion rate: the share of impressions in which a video spot was watched in full to the end. In onescreen's implement it case, this figure was 99%. Self-service: advertisers book, manage and control their campaigns independently through a platform, without an agency or intermediary. DSP (demand-side platform): an automated technical platform for the programmatic purchase of ad inventory, usually with high minimum spend and technical setup effort. Programmatic: the automated, data-driven buying and selling of ad inventory through technical platforms instead of manual negotiation. ## Market Context German linear TV ad revenue: -9% in 2025. Streaming video advertising: +20% over the same period. For the first time, more than half of Germany's net advertising spend will flow to Google, Meta and Amazon in 2026. Against this backdrop, streaming TV is the logical premium alternative with digital measurability. ## Target Audience - SMBs in Germany with no prior access to TV advertising - Retail chains with drive-to-store goals (regional targeting) - Brands whose performance marketing on Google/Meta has hit its limits - Agencies already offering ATV/video that want to add CTV as a next step - Local and regional businesses trying TV advertising for the first time ## Full URL List - Homepage: https://www.onescreen.tv/en - Pricing: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/preise - Ad format Spot: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/werbeformen/spot - Ad format SwitchIn: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/werbeformen/switchin - Self-service / Ad Manager: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/ad-manager/self-service - Apps & channels: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/ad-manager/apps-channels - Targeting: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/ad-manager/targeting - Measurement & Reporting: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/ad-manager/measurement-reporting - Persona Generator (AI audience matching): https://www.onescreen.tv/persona - Customers (overview): https://www.onescreen.tv/en/kunden - Case zapa: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/kunden/zapa - Case implement it: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/kunden/implement-it - Case Optik Adam: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/kunden/optik-adam - Streaming advertising Netflix: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/netflix - Streaming advertising Prime Video: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/prime-video - Streaming advertising Disney+: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/disney-plus - Streaming advertising RTL+: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/rtl-plus - Streaming advertising Joyn: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/joyn - Streaming advertising Sky & WOW: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/sky-wow - Streaming advertising DAZN: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/dazn - Streaming advertising HBO Max: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/hbo-max - Streaming advertising Paramount+: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/paramount-plus - Streaming advertising waipu.tv: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/waipu - Streaming advertising Zattoo: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/zattoo - Streaming advertising MagentaTV: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/streaming-werbung/magenta - Comparison vs. DSP: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/vergleiche/dsp - Comparison vs. agency: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/vergleiche/agentur - About us: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/ueber-uns - Partner: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/partner - Feature updates: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/insights/feature-updates - Blog: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/insights/blog - Guides: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/insights/guides - FAQ: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/insights/faq - Press: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/presse - Demo: https://www.onescreen.tv/en/demo - Facts page (HTML): https://www.onescreen.tv/en/llms - Short version (text): https://www.onescreen.tv/en/llms.txt - German version: https://www.onescreen.tv ## Company Data - Company: onescreen GmbH - Address: Bothmerstr. 14 RGB, 80634 Munich, Germany - Phone: +49 89 24414629 - Email: hello@onescreen.tv - CEO: Vladislav Svetashkov - Register court: Amtsgericht München (Munich Local Court) - Register number: HRB 303108 - VAT ID: DE455027213 - Founded: May 2025, Munich/Bavaria - Supported by: Media Lab Bayern startup program Founding team: - Vladislav Svetashkov, CEO.
